ECLIPSE Steam Deck Graphics Optimization v1.0
Optimizes graphics, improving game performance on Steam Deck (and other handhelds) without significant loss in visual quality. This is a .pak mod that tweaks the engine settings directly. It can give up to 100% performance boost sacrificing just a little bit of visual quality. Made for Steam Deck (might work on other low spec hardware).
Requirements
Game version: Build 19673331. Might not work properly or present errors/crashes in newer versions/updates of the game.
Installation
1. Download and extract the ZIP file.
2. Inside you’ll find 1 .pak file.
3. Copy it into your Mafia The Old Country installation folder → MafiaTheOldCountry/Content/Paks
4. Launch the game and enjoy the optimization.
This mod won’t overwrite your in-game graphics settings, so you can still customize them as you like.
Recommended Game Settings for Steam Deck
– Resolution – 1280×800
– TAA scaling – Quality
– Other settings at Minimum
All settings are optimized, so you can play around with them.
Uninstall
Simply delete the files you copied into the Paks folder.
Note: For the mod to work, the game must be at the version/build described on Readme.txt file.
